Let’s be honest, if you are serious about growing your business you are always on the lookout for a competitive edge. Something you can learn, a book you can read, software that will improve your ability to manage or deliver work to your clients.

AMP is that competitive edge.

Not some magical pixie dust that makes your law firm generate more clients, but grit, hard decisions, honest answers and training programs and some of the most brilliant law firm sales choreography the industry has ever seen.

I’ve known Founder, Tiffany Poole since she was part of the leadership team at one of the largest consumer law firms in Texas. Which she helped build from the ground up, and secondary products for lawyers created by the firm. After her tenure, there, she launched AMP (Attorney Market Power) a boutique consulting agency for law firm owners serious about dominating their market.

Her clients begin with a one on one conversation about the state of the law firm. Then, she dives in. Rounding up numbers, reports, speaking to employees all to determine where hidden problems lie, and quick wins can be found.

For some practices, it’s a sales or conversion challenge. New business is stagnating, or there’s just not enough . Which some consultants might say is a lead generation problem, but Tiffany also considers the people . Is an associate properly trained to close a client? How are calls being handled, and when are the highest number of calls being received? Does the law firm have a choreographed sales method that is repeatable and unique to the area of law or emotional situation clients are facing?

Poole’s background includes the study of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) which you may have heard about from business mentors such as Tony Robbins. Serious results require serious strategies. The unique application of NLP into a legal services sales conversation dramatically changes the way clients react to the initial intake call. The relationship they build with the law firm’s team and expectations they have of services to be delivered. Because the conversation is formatted to align with a prospect’s buying patterns and behavior.

Then, the work begins. To implement NLP properly and maintain the ethical standards in each state, while abiding by UPL rules, employees are taken through a rigorous training process. That involves scripts, memorization, role playing and practice sessions. Over and over and over again until… it’s nearly perfect. Each employee is measured based upon results that are meticulously tracked. Which takes the burden off of the partners and let’s them focus on running the business.

New technology to increase conversion rates. What systems are being used for call tracking, appointment setting, reminders, billing and collections. Anywhere within the law firm that exhibits weakness, she aims to strengthen.

Her clients range from law firm’s just starting out, to some of the largest consumer practices in their respective markets. Whether you’re looking to dominate and capture market share, or keep the hard-fought success one conversation with AMP will determine whether you are prepared for the battle for business ahead.

Got questions? Tiffany Poole would be happy to give you a straight answer on whether AMP is a fit for your law firm. Text or call  for RESULTS: 214-632-2962
