About Carol:

As co-owner and VP of Marketing & Sales at LawToolBox, I use my 20 years of experience in legal technology to manage the strategic partnerships with platform companies like Microsoft as well as legal software companies. LawToolBox is trailblazing vertical solutions for the legal vertical enabling corporate legal departments, law firms and Microsoft partners to offer rules-based deadlines, legal calendaring, document folders and notes for each matter, entirely inside Office 365.

I’m the proud mother of three and have been married for 21+ years. I love to bump ski, trail run, hike, cook (as long as I don’t have to follow a recipe) and first and foremost spend time with friends and family.

I’m an avid supporter of women in technology. I sit on the Voices for Innovation Advisory Board as the US Advocacy Liaison for Women In Technology. I am also the Denver International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners Advocacy Liaison for VFI and the WIT Denver Vice President.
